The 1.2-liter gasoline, 1-liter turbo-petrol, and 1.5-liter diesel engine options are the same as those offered by the departing Sonet, according to Kia. The diesel engine still has the option of an iMT (manual without clutch pedal), but the only difference is that it now has a full manual transmission once more. The price range for the Kia Sonet facelift (ex-showroom) is probably between Rs 8 lakh and Rs 15 lakh. It will still face competition from vehicles like the Renault Kiger, Mahindra XUV300, Tata Nexon, Hyundai Venue, and Maruti Brezza.

The larger 10.25-inch infotainment system and the updated dashboard are visible in the first round of photos. The revised center console, which is seen in the photos, has a new touch-sensitive AC control panel that is a carryover from the new Nexon. Along with the facelifted Tata Nexon EV, it also has a redesigned 2-spoke steering wheel with an illuminated Tata logo and touch-based controls for certain functions.

By the end of January 2024, the Tata Punch EV is anticipated to arrive on sale. Ex-showroom pricing will probably start at about Rs 12 lakh. As an alternative to the Tata Tigor / Tiago EV’s internal siblings, the all-electric Punch will compete with vehicles like the Citroen eC3.
Renault Is Adding New Features And Reducing Prices Across The Board For 2024!
While the Kiger receives modifications to make the cabin more upscale, the Kwid and Triber receive new screens.

In order to stay competitive and meet consumer demand, many automakers update some or all of their models with a MY (model year) update, as we typically observe in the first few months of each year. The improvements for the Renault Kwid are minor but significant. The French manufacturer has included rear seatbelt reminders in all of its models. Furthermore, the cheaper RXL (O) model now has access to the touchscreen infotainment system, which was previously only available on the pricier RXT and Climber trims. The Kwid is now among the least expensive cars on the market with a touchscreen thanks to this update.
In order to make the 5-speed AMT more affordable for individuals looking for an automatic transmission option, Renault has also chosen to offer it starting with the mid-spec RXL (O) type.

The Renault Kiger is the one with the most extensive improvements out of the three. Its new-looking black and crimson upholstery and red brake callipers are only two of its visual upgrades. A new mid-spec RXL version for the naturally aspirated petrol engine and an RXT (O) variant for the turbo-petrol engine have also been introduced by Renault; both are available with manual or automatic transmissions. Plus, every Renault Kiger model now has a number of additional features that are listed below.
