Nissan Magnites: which made its India debut in 2020, has sold one lakh units. The Magnite is currently the only product from the Japanese automaker in the country. Nissan Magnites celebrated the delivery of 1 lakh Magnite units by introducing a web platform called ‘NISSAN ONE’ for new and existing customers.
NISSAN ONE is a unified web platform that allows customers to book a wide range of services, including test drives, cars, and real-time service booking. This eliminates the need to use multiple websites and platforms to manage different services.
Nissan Magnites has also launched a referral program, which is part of NISSAN ONE. This initiative enables existing Nissan customers to refer Nissan products to their friends and family in exchange for benefits.

Gurugram, February 12, 2024: Nissan Motor India Pvt. Ltd. (NMIPL) has launched the Nissan web platform ‘NISSAN ONE’ as part of its 2024 customer-centric initiatives to commemorate 100,000 Magnite customers. NISSAN ONE, an innovative single sign-on web platform, enables customers to easily access a wide range of service requests throughout the entire customer journey, from initial inquiry to test drive booking, car selection and booking, and service.

This pioneering and first-of-its-kind platform has been introduced, marking a significant leap forward in the Indian automotive industry, as NISSAN ONE combines various customer touchpoints into a single, user-friendly, and easy-to-navigate experience designed with customer needs in mind. This is part of Nissan’s ongoing transformation and business acceleration plan for India, which has recently included the introduction of new Magnite variants, network expansion, and leadership appointments.

Nissan ONE provides an efficient and seamless customer journey, which results in a better customer experience. With NISSAN ONE, both current and prospective customers no longer need to navigate multiple websites and platforms to manage their relationship with the company. In addition, the platform enables targeted communication based on the customer’s preferences. Customers, for example, can opt-in to receive communication about service reminders for their Nissan vehicles. NISSAN ONE introduces real-time service booking in Nissan Motor India, resulting in improved customer journey management, including communication to customers for service reminders.
