Porsche Macan EV Under Rs.1.22 – 1.65 Cr* Lakh Car

The 2024 Porsche Macan EV is brand new, although it shares its name with the existing gas-powered crossover. It rides on a new electric platform shared by Porsche and Audi and also sports exclusivity. Deliveries will begin in the second half of 2024. All three variants get a 100kWh battery pack – the entry-level variant has a range of 641km. The mid-spec 4S variant has a mileage of 606 km and the range-topping model 591 km. The Macan EV offers an 800V charging architecture with 270kW DC charging.

Price: Porsche has priced the all-electric Macan at Rs 1.65 crore (ex-showroom).

Differences: Available in two advanced trims: Macan 4 and Macan Turbo.

Battery, Electric Motor, and Range: The Macan EV packs a 100 kWh battery combined with an Electric motor that produces 408 PS and 650 Nm for the Macan 4 variant while the turbo variant produces 639 PS and 1130 Nm. The first ARAI claimed 613 km and the latter 591 km.

Reimbursement options: 80 kW DC charger: 50 minutes (0 to 80 percent).

Rivals: This electric SUV has no direct competitors in India, but it can be compared to Audi Q8 e-tron and Mercedes EQE SUV.

Hyundai Exter Under Rs.6.13 – 10.43 Lakh Lakh Car

Three powertrain options are available for the Hyundai EXTER: a 1.2-liter Kappa gasoline engine (E20 Fuel Ready) with a 5-speed manual transmission (5MT) and Smart Auto AMT (Automated Manual Transmission); alternatively, a 1.2-liter Bi-fuel Kappa gasoline engine with CNG engine and a 5-speed manual transmission are also available.
